If you are facing a problem which is related to reported problems or maintenance below we kindly ask you
not to contact our helpdesk. We are working on a solution.
If we are planning individual server maintenance we will sent an e-mail to the e-mail
address known in the Ensim control panel (you can change it yourselves).
Failure notices:
Currently we are having a techical problem on dutch42 (193.138.157.42) which might result in a less functioning website. We are currently awere of the problem and our technicians are working on it. We will provide progress updates here.
At the moment we are facing a problem with our helpdesk application. Because of this we are not be able to react on e-mails at the moment. Also a couple of emails have been lost.
We do our best to fix this problem as fast as possible.
Planned maintenance:
Recently we have installed some important updates. To activate these updatesd we need to restart all our DUTCH servers.
We are planning to do this in week 11 (15 t/m 19 march). We expect something like 5 minutes downtime. Ofcourse we will do these tasks in the early hours
